Messages entered in general order notes cannot be guaranteed to be printed or included in the parcel.

Manufacturers occasionally update packaging, labels, logos, colours, promotional designs or product presentation without changing the product itself.

Older and newer packaging versions may be sold at the same time while existing stock is used. Product images are therefore illustrative, and the packaging received may differ from the image shown.

The product name, size, variant and other essential product information should still correspond to the item ordered.

All products sold by LUXX COSMETIC are authentic and sourced through selected suppliers.

Products are supplied in the manufacturer’s retail packaging where the manufacturer provides such packaging. Some products are not produced with an additional outer box, cellophane wrap, security seal or branded pouch.

No. Packaging and sealing practices vary between brands, products, markets and production batches. Some manufacturers use cellophane, tamper seals or protective stickers, while others do not.

The absence of a seal or cellophane wrapping does not by itself mean that a product is inauthentic or has been used.

If a product appears opened, leaking, damaged or otherwise unsuitable when received, do not use it. Keep all packaging and contact us through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos.

Please keep the product, outer parcel, retail packaging, shipping label and all protective materials.

Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and provide your order number together with clear photos of the parcel, packaging and affected product.

No. Samples, promotional gifts and complimentary items are only included when expressly stated as part of a current offer and while the relevant stock remains available.

They are not guaranteed with every order and cannot normally be selected, exchanged or replaced unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
