💰 What Does Shipping Cost?

Our shipping rates are considered flat rates at 75 DKK for any shipment no matter the size or weight.

If your order is over 400 DKK, we’ll deliver your package free of charge.

The actual shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order amount.

📦 Delivery Methods

We work with several trusted logistics partners to ensure flexible and reliable delivery in Denmark.

Depending on your location, your order can be delivered to:

• A parcel shop
• A parcel locker
• Your home or business address

Delivery times vary slightly between carriers but typically fall within our standard delivery windows.

⏱️ How Fast Will My Order Arrive?

• From order to receipt: 2–9 business days
• Orders placed before 12:00 (12 PM) CET on business days are sought to be prepared same day or the day after in most cases.

Additional Notes

• Delivery to non‑bridged islands may require an extra day
• Delays may occur due to seasonality, weather, customs, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items will ship together once all items are available

🏬 Can I Pick Up My Order?

No — we do not offer local pick‑up.
Our products are stored across 17 warehouses worldwide, and on‑site pick‑up would disrupt warehouse operations. All orders must be shipped through our logistics partners.

📦 How Will My Package Look?

Your order is always shipped in secure packaging — either sturdy boxes or protective bags depending on the contents.

• Every shipment is fully insured
• If your package is damaged during transport, you are automatically covered
• We use sustainable and recycled packaging materials whenever possible

We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition.
