💰 What Does Shipping Cost?

Our shipping rates start from 77,00 DKK.

If your order is over 382,00 DKK, we’ll deliver your package free of charge.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected carrier.

📦 Delivery Methods

We work with several trusted logistics partners to ensure flexible and reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide.

Depending on your location, your order can be delivered to:

• A parcel locker
• Your home or business address

⏱️ How Fast Will My Order Arrive?

Europe

• Standard delivery: 1–5 business days
• Orders placed before 22:00 (10 PM) CET on weekdays are usually shipped the same day

Outside Europe

• Standard delivery: 8–12 business days

Additional Notes

• Delivery to non‑bridged islands may require an extra day
• Delays may occur due to weather, customs, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items will ship together once all items are available

🏬 Can I Pick Up My Order?

No — we do not offer local pick‑up.
Our products are stored across 17 warehouses worldwide, and on‑site pick‑up would disrupt warehouse operations. All orders must be shipped through our logistics partners.

📦 How Will My Package Look?

Your order is always shipped in secure packaging — either sturdy boxes or protective bags depending on the contents.

• Every shipment is fully insured
• If your package is damaged during transport, you are automatically covered
• We use sustainable and recycled packaging materials whenever possible
