  • Opened or used items (such as unsealed perfumes or makeup) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Wrong, defective, or damaged items are always returnable at no cost to you

If the issue is our mistake (wrong item, defective product, shipping damage):

  • We cover the return shipping label

  • No restocking fee applies

If the return is for change of mind or customer reasons:

  • Return shipping is paid by you

  • A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund

Yes, you can return products within 30 days after the shipment has arrived. Please ensure the items are unused and in original packaging.

Yes, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. This also includes the original shipping cost. If your order had free shipping, a flat €20 shipping fee will be added and deducted from the refund.

If a product is broken, defective, or missing manufacturer tags, your return will be completely free of charge, and you will receive a full refund.

Within 5-10 business days after we receive your return and verify its condition.

To initiate a return, we offer you a self-service option through your "My Account". Here you can initiate the return process, and often the process is started within 24 hours.

Alternatively you are always welcome to contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.
