Returns Overview

We want you to feel confident shopping with Luxx Cosmetic. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to orders shipped within Denmark and to orders shipped to the other EU markets where LuxxCosmetic.com is made available, as listed below. It includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, as well as an extended return period offered by Luxx Cosmetic, and does not limit your legal rights in any way.

Return Window

Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.

In addition to this statutory right, Luxx Cosmetic offers an extended return period of up to 30 days from the date of delivery. This provides an additional 16 days beyond the legal withdrawal period to return eligible items, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Cosmetic and personal care products that are sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact and the product has not been opened.

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Through this portal, you will be guided through the return process and may be asked to provide relevant details, such as your order number and photos, where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns (for example, change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item so we can assist you.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed using one of the following options, based on your selection:

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Optional Store Credit (with Bonus)

As an alternative to a standard refund, you may choose to receive store credit.

  • Store credit is issued for the refunded amount, plus a bonus value as indicated at the time of return.

  • Store credit is optional and offered as a voluntary alternative to a monetary refund.

  • Store credit has no cash value and can be used for future purchases on Luxx Cosmetic.

Choosing store credit does not affect your right to receive a refund to your original payment method if you prefer that option.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

To help us investigate, we may request photos of:

  • The item(s)

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label, if available

Each case is reviewed individually to determine the most appropriate solution.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
