No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and access exclusive offers.

Creating a LuxxCosmetic account is quick and simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click the account icon in the top right corner of our website or Click Here
  2. In the login section, enter your email address and click Continue.
  3. After entering your email, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a six digit code to enter, to verify your email address.

Please check the information carefully to make sure it’s correct.

Click the link in the email to confirm your registration.

Once confirmed, you can log in and start shopping with your LuxxCosmetic account while enjoying membership offers.

If you are shopping from another country:

  • Visit the country-specific version of our website using the correct domain.
  • Log in with your existing LuxxCosmetic email and password.

At LuxxCosmetic, you don’t need a password to log in - we use a secure passwordless login system. This makes shopping faster and safer.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Click the icon in the top right corner of our webshop or go to the login page.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your LuxxCosmetic account.
  3. We’ll send you a one-time 6-digit code by email.
  4. Enter the code on the login screen to access your account.

Good to know:

  • Each code is valid for a short time only. If it expires, just request a new one.
  • If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam or junk folder.

You can easily update your account information in the My Account area:

  • Shipping and billing address:
    Go to the Addresses section of your account to edit or add new addresses.
  • Payment details:
    You don’t need to save a card in your account. Instead, you can update or choose your preferred payment method securely during checkout.
  • Personal data (email and contact details):
    You can update your email address or contact details in the Account settings section.
  • Communication preferences:
    Manage your subscription to LuxxCosmetic newsletters and special offers under Email preferences.
  • Language settings:
    On the website: change the language by clicking the
    globe icon in the top right corner.

If you would like to delete your LuxxCosmetic account, please contact our customer service team with your request or simply login to your account.

Important: we can only remove your account if:

  • There are no outstanding payments.
  • There are no pending refunds.
  • You do not have an active gift card balance.
  • There are no orders currently being processed or shipped to you.

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your order history or saved addresses.

We use advanced security measures - including passwordless login with unique 6-digit codes - to keep your data protected and inaccessible to unauthorized users. Our systems are continuously monitored for unusual activity, and if anything suspicious is detected, we’ll take immediate action to protect your account and notify you right away.

  • Each login is unique and expires after a short time.
  • Your account can only be accessed from the verified email address you provide.
