This permanent hair color is designed for professional use and requires mixing with Welloxon Perfect developer. The creamy texture ensures even application and saturation, resulting in a glossy, high-shine finish that enhances the intensity of the red pigment.
The Koleston Perfect me+ range is engineered to maintain color vibrancy and health. Shade 99/44 offers a bold, bright blonde base with deep red intense reflections, suitable for creating striking fashion looks or refreshing existing red tones. A patch test is required 48 hours before use, and the product is not suitable for persons under 16 years of age.
