This permanent hair dye utilizes Wella's ME+ technology to provide pure color results while reducing the risk of new allergies. The formula includes a Metal Purifier that binds to metal particles in the hair, helping to prevent uneven color and damage during the coloring process.

The 0/28 shade is a cool, matte blue mix intended for blending with other Koleston Perfect shades or using alone to counteract warm tones. It offers up to 100% gray coverage when mixed correctly with Welloxon Perfect developer.

Mix this color cream in a 1:1 ratio with Welloxon Perfect developer (sold separately). An allergy alert test is required 48 hours before application. This product contains ammonia and is intended for professional use.

How to use

Start with unwashed hair, do a patch test 48 hours before, mix the dye according to the kit instructions, section hair, apply from roots to ends, saturate each section thoroughly, let it process for recommended time, rinse until water runs clear, use provided conditioner, leave on for recommended time, and style as usual once hair is dry.
