The Mavala Nail Shield system works by first applying the fibre-rich base to bare nails to provide immediate structural support. The second phase locks in the fibres and creates a protective barrier against external stressors.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are typically dispatched the same day, later orders the next business day.
Your order is shipped from one of our fulfilment centres in the EU (Romania, the Netherlands or Denmark). Once dispatched, it is typically delivered to you within 2-4 business days.
You’ll receive email and SMS updates with tracking, so you can follow your order from our fulfilment centre all the way to your door.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery to your location costs 6.99 EUR.
We offer free delivery to you on orders over 49 EUR.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, and we also offer an extended return period of up to 30 days from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused and, if supplied sealed, unopened, in their original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping.
The return address may be in another EU country and is always sent to you before you return anything.
Can I return opened cosmetic products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, and used products cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
