Clarins Kit Pores & Matite is a compact duo designed for instant shine control and pore blurring. This travel-friendly set combines a lightweight translucent makeup powder with blotting paper refills to maintain a matte finish throughout the day.

  • Instant Mattification: Translucent powder with white clay absorbs excess sebum and reduces the appearance of pores.
  • Blotting Papers: Includes 2 packs of 70 sheets each (140 total) made from hemp and wood pulp to absorb oil without disturbing makeup.
  • Travel Format: Compact design ideal for on-the-go touch-ups and maintaining a fresh look in humid conditions.
  • Skin Type: Formulated for oily and combination skin types requiring lightweight, buildable coverage.

The translucent powder features smoothing micro-beads that provide an optical blur effect, helping to minimize the visibility of pores while setting makeup. Its flexible texture ensures a natural, non-cakey finish that can be built up as needed.

The included blotting papers are crafted from natural hemp and wood pulp fibers. They effectively lift away surface oil and sweat, leaving the skin matte and comfortable. The dual-pack format ensures you have ample refills for daily use or extended travel.

To use, gently press a blotting sheet onto oily areas such as the T-zone, holding for a few seconds before lifting. Follow with the translucent powder using a brush or sponge to set the skin and enhance the matte effect. This routine helps prevent makeup from sliding or becoming shiny in warm weather.

How to use

To use the makeup powder, start by applying your foundation or concealer as you normally would. Then, using a brush or sponge, gently apply the powder to your face, focusing on areas that tend to get oily or shiny, such as your T-zone. You can also apply the powder all over your face for a more polished look. For best results, use a light hand and build up the coverage as needed. If you prefer a more natural look, use a fluffy brush to apply a light layer of the powder, blending it into your skin for a seamless finish. If you want more coverage, use a denser brush or sponge to apply additional layers, blending each layer into your skin for a smooth and even finish. Remember to tap off any excess powder from your brush or sponge before applying to your face to prevent any cakey or heavy-looking makeup. Additionally, if you have dry skin, be sure to moisturize your face before applying the powder to prevent any flakiness or dry patches. Overall, using the makeup powder is quick and easy, and it can help you achieve a flawless and long-lasting finish for your makeup look.
