Rude Cosmetics Chibi Mousse Lip & Cheek Balm 2-In-1 is a versatile beauty product that can be used as a lip balm and a cheek tint. To use as a lip balm, apply a small amount to clean, dry lips using your finger or the applicator provided. To use as a cheek tint, apply a small amount onto the apples of your cheeks and blend with your fingertips. Additional layers can be applied for a more intense color payoff. Always tightly seal the cap after use to prevent drying out. Remember to patch test and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
