Highlighter Powder is applied after your usual foundation, concealer, and powder routine. To use, take a small amount of the powder on a brush or sponge and tap off any excess. Blend the product using a brush or sponge until it is seamlessly integrated into your skin. You can use a light hand for a subtle glow or build up the product for a more intense highlight.
