Foradori Teroldego 2019 is a dry red wine from the Trentino region of Italy, produced using biodynamic farming practices. This Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT expression offers a medium-bodied profile with fine-grained tannins and distinct mineral undertones characteristic of the alpine terroir.

The wine presents aromas of dark fruit complemented by spicy and tobacco hints. On the palate, it delivers freshness and a dry finish with persistent mineral notes. It is an excellent food-friendly alternative to heavier reds, pairing well with charcuterie, roasted vegetables, tomato-based pasta, and alpine cheeses.

Serve slightly below room temperature at 15-18°C (59-64°F). Brief decanting is recommended to open up the aromatics. While enjoyable now, this bottle has an aging potential of 5+ years when stored correctly.
