To use Ecodenta Strawberry Mouthwash , pour a small amount into a cup or directly into your mouth and swish it around for 30 seconds to 1 minute, making sure to cover all areas of your mouth. Then, spit the Mouthwash out into a sink and rinse your mouth with water to remove any residue. Wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything. Repeat this process twice a day or as recommended by your healthcare provider for optimal results.
