For best results, apply over CND Shellac Base Coat, cure under a compatible lamp, apply two thin layers of color, and seal with CND Shellac Top Coat. Remove the sticky inhibition layer with rubbing alcohol after the final cure. Removal requires soaking in acetone wrapped in foil for 10-15 minutes.
