Numbuzin No.5 Vitamin Boosting Essential Toner is a lightweight, essence-like toner formulated to brighten skin tone and reduce the appearance of dark spots. This fast-absorbing liquid delivers a high concentration of niacinamide (5%) alongside liposomal glutathione and stable vitamin C derivatives to target hyperpigmentation while hydrating and soothing the skin barrier.

Apply after cleansing using a cotton pad or fingertips, gently patting into the skin. Follow with serums and moisturizers. Use morning and evening. The formulation is cruelty-free and contains no animal-derived ingredients.
