Rude Cosmetics Chibi Mousse Lip and Cheek Mousse in Flutter is a whipped, bouncy formula that delivers a soft-focus matte finish to both lips and cheeks. Part of the Chibi Manga Collection, this 2-in-1 tint offers buildable pink-coral color in a lightweight, travel-friendly pot.
- Texture: Whipped mousse that melts into skin
- Finish: Soft-focus matte with a blurred effect
- Coverage: Sheer to buildable intensity
- Shade: Flutter (Pink/Coral)
The silicone-dominant formula glides smoothly for easy blending with fingertips, creating a natural flush on the cheeks and a hydrated look on the lips. Its compact 4 g packaging makes it suitable for on-the-go touchups and everyday wear.
To use, apply a small amount to clean lips or the apples of the cheeks and blend gently. Layer as desired for more vibrant color. Seal the cap tightly after each use to maintain the mousse texture.
