To use, apply a coin-sized amount to damp skin. Massage gently in circular motions for 1-2 minutes, focusing on areas prone to congestion. Leave on as a mask for up to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 1-2 times per week for best results.
