To use ArtDeco Blusher Blush Compact Powder correctly, follow these steps: Choose the right shade: Select a blush color that complements your skin tone. Prep your skin: Apply your foundation, concealer, and powder as usual. Make sure your skin is clean and free of any excess oil. Apply the blush: Dip your brush into the blush powder compact and tap off any excess. Smile and apply the blush to the apples of your cheeks, blending upward toward your temples.
