Laboratoire ACM Cicastim S is a silicone-based scar treatment gel designed to improve the appearance of hypertrophic and keloid scars on the face and body. This ultralight, non-sticky formula forms a transparent protective film that helps reduce redness, thickness, and itching associated with surgical, traumatic, and burn scars.

The gel is indicated for the prevention and treatment of raised scars. It works by creating a protective environment that soothes discomfort and helps flatten scar tissue over time. For best results, apply a thin layer twice daily once the wound has completely closed. The recommended treatment duration is typically 2 to 6 months.
Cicastim S is non-comedogenic and non-irritating, making it suitable for daily use. The 15 ml tube offers a convenient size for targeted application on specific scar areas. Do not apply to open wounds or unhealed skin.
