To use Melvita Nectar De Miels Body Balm, start by cleaning your skin with a gentle soap or shower gel. Pat your skin dry with a towel. Take a small amount of the body balm, about the size of a pea, and rub it between your palms to warm it up. Apply the balm to your skin, starting with areas that are particularly dry or rough, such as your elbows, knees, and heels. Massage the balm into your skin in circular motions until it is fully absorbed. Repeat this process as needed, particularly after showering or bathing, to keep your skin hydrated and smooth.
