Then, use short, light strokes to outline your lips starting at the cupid`s bow and working outwards. Fill in your lips with the liner to create a base for your lipstick or lip gloss. You can blend the liner into your lips for a natural look using a lip brush or your finger. Apply your favorite lipstick or lip gloss, staying within the lines you created with the liner. Finally, blot your lips with a tissue and apply a second layer of lipstick or lip gloss to make the color last longer.
