The formula combines Avène Thermal Spring Water with concentrated silicones to hydrate and protect the treated area. It is indicated for use on healed skin following surgeries, such as caesarean sections or orthopedic procedures, as well as dermatological treatments.

Clinical evaluations suggest visible improvement in scar appearance from 3 weeks of regular use, with continued benefits over 3 months. The high-tolerance formula is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and provides an immediate soothing effect without leaving a greasy residue.

Start with clean, dry skin. Apply a small amount of Avene Cicalfate+ Local Treatment Gel directly to the targeted area. Gently massage or pat Avene Cicalfate+ Local Treatment Gel into the skin for even distribution. Allow the gel to absorb, following the recommended duration. Depending on your routine, you may use a moisturizer afterward. Follow the recommended frequency of use. In the morning, if using, apply sunscreen for added protection. Enjoy the targeted care for your skin!
