Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2 is a liquid exfoliating toner formulated specifically for dry combination skin. As Step 2 in the Clinique 3-Step Skin Care System, it gently sweeps away dulling flakes and surface impurities to reveal smoother, clearer skin while preparing it to better absorb moisturizers.

  • Skin Type: Formulated for dry combination skin (Formula 2).
  • Action: Liquid leave-on exfoliant removes dead cells and buildup.
  • Finish: Leaves skin smooth, refreshed, and non-oily.
  • Formula: Fragrance-free, allergy tested, and dermatologist-developed.

This lightweight, fast-absorbing toner contains acetyl glucosamine and witch hazel extract to help unclog pores and refine texture. Humectants like glycerin and sodium hyaluronate provide hydration support without heaviness. The formula is free of parabens, phthalates, and oil.

Use twice daily after cleansing. Apply with a cotton pad by sweeping gently across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse. Follow immediately with your preferred Clinique moisturizer to lock in hydration.

How to use

To use Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2 Exfoliating Lotion start with clean, dry skin. Dispense a small amount of the lotion onto your fingertips or a cotton pad, and gently massage it onto your skin in circular motions. Focus on any areas of roughness or dryness, but avoid the delicate skin around your eyes. Rinse your skin thoroughly with warm water, and pat it dry with a clean towel. Use the product no more than 1-2 times per week to avoid over-exfoliating, and be careful not to use it on any areas of the skin that are already irritated or inflamed. Finally, follow up with a moisturizer or other skincare products as desired. , start with clean, dry skin.
