Here`s a step-by-step guide on how to use Cle de Peau Beaute Cartridge Eyebrow Cream Pencil: Choose the right shade: Select an eyebrow cream pencil that matches your hair color and skin tone. Brush your brows: Start by brushing your eyebrows with the spoolie brush on the pencil to remove any excess product and shape them in the desired direction.
