How to use

Start with clean and dry feet. You may want to soak your feet in warm water for a few minutes to help soften any rough or dry skin. Squeeze a small amount of cream onto your fingers or palm. You only need a small amount, as a little goes a long way. Gently massage the cream into your feet, focusing on any areas of dryness or roughness. Use circular motions and apply light pressure to help the cream penetrate the skin. Continue massaging the cream into your feet until it is fully absorbed. You may notice a slight warming or tingling sensation as the cream works it`s magic. Repeat this process as often as needed, ideally at least once a day or more frequently if your feet are particularly dry or in need of extra care. For best results, it is recommended to use Cantabria Labs P.o.l. Podactive Foot Cream regularly as part of your daily foot care routine.
