Gently massage your feet in circular motions, focusing on areas that are rough or dry. Rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water. Pat your feet dry with a towel. For best results, use Ahava Clineral D-Medic Foot Scrub once or twice a week. You can follow up with a moisturizer after using the foot scrub to keep your feet feeling soft and hydrated.
