Approved and active affiliates can promote LUXX COSMETIC using their assigned referral link and promotional materials and may earn commission on qualifying purchases.

The public program does not specify a minimum follower count. Affiliates must promote LUXX COSMETIC honestly, accurately and in accordance with our Affiliate Terms.

No. Registration for the LUXX COSMETIC Affiliate Program is free.

You do not need to purchase a membership or pay an application fee to join.

Any costs connected with operating your own website, social-media accounts, content, advertising or business remain your responsibility.

Affiliates typically earn 15% commission on qualifying sales, however this is an indicative figure.

Commission is calculated on the qualifying order value after excluding shipping charges, taxes, returns and other non-commissionable amounts.

The current commission rate and applicable conditions are explained in our Affiliate Terms and affiliate dashboard.

A qualifying sale is a completed and valid purchase attributed to your affiliate account under the current program rules.

The order must normally:

• Be placed through your tracked affiliate link or assigned promotional method
  
• Be successfully paid
  
• Remain valid after order review
  
• Not be cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or self-referred
  
• Meet the current commission requirements
  

Shipping charges, taxes and returned or refunded amounts do not generate commission.

When a customer clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie may remain active for up to 30 days.

You may receive commission if the customer completes a qualifying purchase within that period, subject to the attribution and validation rules.

Cookies may not work where the customer blocks or deletes cookies, changes browser or device, or completes the purchase after the tracking period has expired.

The LUXX COSMETIC Affiliate Program currently uses last-click attribution.

This means the commission is normally assigned to the last valid affiliate link clicked before the qualifying purchase.

A previous affiliate may therefore lose attribution if the customer later clicks another affiliate’s link before placing the order.

A purchase may not appear or qualify for commission when:

• The customer did not complete the purchase through a tracked affiliate link
  
• The 30-day tracking period had expired
  
• Another affiliate received the final click attribution
  
• Cookies were blocked or deleted
  
• The customer changed browser or device
  
• The order is still being processed or reviewed
  
• The order was cancelled, refunded or identified as fraudulent
  
• The purchase was a duplicate or self-referral
  
• The order did not meet the current commission conditions
  

Check your affiliate dashboard first. If you still believe a qualifying purchase is missing, contact affiliates@luxxcosmetic.com and provide the available referral information without sharing the customer’s sensitive personal or payment information.

Commission may remain pending while the associated order is processed and reviewed.

LUXX COSMETIC verifies that referred orders are completed, paid, non-fraudulent and not refunded before approving commission.

Pending commission is not yet available for payout and may be rejected or reversed if the associated order becomes ineligible.

Commission is only approved for completed, non-refunded qualifying orders.

Commission connected with a cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible order will not be approved and may be reversed if it was previously recorded in your affiliate account.

Where only part of an order is refunded, the commission may be adjusted to reflect the remaining qualifying value.

The current minimum threshold for standard affiliate payouts is €50.

Approved commission normally remains in your affiliate account until the applicable payout threshold has been reached.

Store credit may be available without the €50 minimum threshold. The options currently available to you will be shown in your affiliate dashboard or confirmed under the program terms.

Commissions are reviewed monthly.

Approved commission is scheduled for payment within the first 10 business days of the following month, subject to:

• The applicable payout threshold
  
• Successful order validation
  
• Correct payout information
  
• The order remaining eligible
  
• Compliance with the Affiliate Terms
  

Payment-provider processing times may apply after a payout has been issued.

Available payout options may include PayPal, credit card payment or LUXX COSMETIC store credit, according to the options shown in your affiliate account.

PayPal is the standard payout method published for the program. Standard cash payouts are subject to the €50 minimum threshold.

Make sure your payout details are complete and accurate. LUXX COSMETIC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.

Dashboard information may change when orders are validated, cancelled, returned or refunded.

No. Self-referrals are not allowed.

You cannot earn commission on your own purchases or use another account, email address or person primarily to generate commission for yourself.

Duplicate, artificial or manipulated referrals may be rejected, and the affiliate account may be suspended or terminated.

Friends, family members and other genuine customers may use your affiliate link when they independently wish to purchase from LUXX COSMETIC.

However, the purchase must be genuine and must not be arranged primarily to bypass the prohibition on self-referrals or artificially generate commission.

Orders involving duplicate accounts, coordinated misuse, false information or other manipulation may be excluded.

Affiliate links may be promoted through appropriate channels such as:

• Social-media content
  
• Websites and blogs
  
• Beauty guides and product recommendations
  
• Videos and tutorials
  
• Permission-based email communications
  
• Other channels allowed under the Affiliate Terms
  

Promotional content must be honest, accurate and appropriate. Spam, misleading claims and offensive content are not permitted.

Yes, affiliates may use legitimate, permission-based email campaigns.

You must not send spam, use purchased or unlawfully obtained mailing lists, misrepresent the sender, or send marketing communications in violation of applicable privacy and electronic-marketing rules.

Recipients must be able to understand that the communication is promotional.

You must not use paid advertising that competes with LUXX COSMETIC’s own campaigns.

In particular, you must not bid on:

• Misspellings or confusing variations of the brand name

No. Affiliates must not register or operate domain names, usernames, account names or pages that could be mistaken for an official LUXX COSMETIC channel.

Your content may state that you are a LUXX COSMETIC affiliate, but it must remain clear that your website or account is independently operated.

Use of the LUXX COSMETIC name and brand materials is limited to authorised promotion under the Affiliate Terms.

Yes. You must clearly disclose your commercial relationship with LUXX COSMETIC whenever you publish affiliate links, promotional codes, sponsored content or content created in exchange for another benefit.

The disclosure must be clear, visible and understandable to your audience. It must also follow the laws and platform rules that apply in the country where the content is published.

Labels such as “advertisement,” “ad” or the appropriate local-language equivalent may be required. Do not hide the disclosure at the end of long content or among unrelated hashtags.

EU guidance confirms that affiliate marketing and brand partnerships must be clearly disclosed as advertising.

You must describe products honestly and accurately based on the information currently published by LUXX COSMETIC or the manufacturer.

Use only codes assigned or approved by LUXX COSMETIC. Do not change, invent or advertise an expired code, and do not describe a code as exclusive or permanent unless this has been confirmed.

Affiliate codes can only be combined with other discounts when the current promotion and checkout configuration allow it.

The discount displayed in the customer’s final checkout total is the discount that applies to the order.

No. Affiliate membership does not automatically include free products, samples, sponsorship payments or paid content opportunities.

Product gifting, sponsored campaigns and other creator collaborations are considered separately and require confirmation from LUXX COSMETIC.

Do not purchase products with the expectation that the cost will be reimbursed unless this has been agreed in writing in advance.

Yes. LUXX COSMETIC may suspend or terminate an affiliate account when the Affiliate Terms are violated or when activity may harm customers, the program, LUXX COSMETIC or its brand partners.

Yes. LUXX COSMETIC may update the Affiliate Program, commission conditions or Affiliate Terms from time to time.

Affiliates will be notified of significant changes where applicable. Continued participation after an update may be subject to the revised terms.
