Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup in shade 03 CN 28 is a lightweight, breathable foundation designed to deliver a natural, demi-matte finish. This legacy formula offers buildable medium coverage that evens skin tone while maintaining a weightless feel, making it suitable for daily wear across all skin types.

  • Finish: Natural demi-matte with light-diffusing technology
  • Coverage: Buildable medium coverage
  • Texture: Weightless, oil-free liquid formula
  • Shade: 03 CN 28 (Cool Neutral)

The formulation features peptide-infused ingredients and antioxidants, including Vitamin E and green tea extract, to support skin health throughout the day. Light-diffusing spheres help blur the appearance of fine lines and imperfections for a polished, ultra-defined look without heaviness.

This 30 ml bottle includes a pump dispenser for hygienic and controlled application. As a discontinued legacy product from the Naked Skin line, it remains a sought-after choice for those who prefer its specific weightless texture and natural finish over newer formulations.

How to use

To use liquid foundation, start with a clean and moisturized face. Shake the bottle well before use to ensure an even application. Apply a small amount of foundation onto the back of your hand, a makeup sponge or a brush. Starting at the center of your face, blend the foundation outwards using a makeup sponge, brush, or your fingers. Be sure to blend evenly and work in thin layers to avoid a heavy, cakey look. Use additional product as needed to achieve your desired level of coverage. Blend the foundation well along your jawline and hairline to avoid a noticeable line of demarcation. Finally, set the foundation with a setting powder or spray to extend the wear time and reduce shine. Remember, the best technique for applying liquid foundation may vary depending on your skin type, the tool you use, and the type of coverage you prefer.
