Payot Pate Grise Mattifying Bi-Phase Powder Lotion is a purifying tonic designed for combination to oily, blemish-prone skin. This unique bi-phase formula combines a liquid toner with suspended mattifying powders to eliminate excess sebum, tighten pores, and refine skin texture.
