The treatment works by saturating dry hair with active ingredients to initiate the bond-repair process. For best results, apply evenly to dry hair, leave on for 10 minutes, and then apply No.3 Hair Perfector directly on top without rinsing. Leave No.3 on for an additional 10 minutes before shampooing and conditioning.

This vegan formula is free from sulfates, silicones, phthalates, phosphates, and parabens. It helps improve detangling and restores integrity to hair damaged by thermal, mechanical, chemical, or environmental stressors.
