How to use

To use Nouba Perfecta Lip Primer, start with clean and moisturized lips. Twist the bottom of the tube to dispense a small amount of the Lip Primer onto the applicator, then apply it evenly to your lips, starting from the center and working your way outwards. Allow the Lip Primer to set for a few seconds before applying your lip color. You can use any lip product over the Lip Primer to achieve a longer-lasting and more vibrant lip look. Finally, add a touch of lip gloss or highlighter to the center of your lips to create a fuller and more dimensional look.
