Gitana Autograf Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red wine from Moldova, produced by Gitana Winery. This full-bodied varietal offers a structured profile with pronounced tannins and a deep ruby color.

  • Profile: Dry, full-bodied with firm tannic structure
  • Aging: Approximately 14 months in oak barrels
  • Origin: Valul lui Traian / Codru region, Moldova

The wine presents complex aromas of dark fruit, including blackberry and black cherry, complemented by notes of cocoa, coffee, and black pepper. Malolactic fermentation in oak contributes to its rich texture and lingering finish.

Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F). Decanting for 30-60 minutes before serving is recommended to soften the tannins and enhance the aromatic expression. This Gitana Autograf red wine pairs well with grilled or roasted meats and hearty autumn or winter dishes.

Contains sulfites. Alcohol content ranges from 13.5% to 14% ABV depending on the vintage.
