Ducray Kertyol PSO Concentrate is a targeted topical treatment designed for psoriasis-prone skin and scalp. This non-sticky, non-greasy formula helps soothe itching and reduce the appearance of plaques on areas such as elbows, knees, and the torso.

  • Targeted Relief: Contains polidocanol to help soothe intense itching associated with dry, psoriatic skin.
  • Plaque Reduction: Formulated with glycolic acid and patented VEDERINE extract to assist in removing scales and reducing plaque thickness.
  • Precise Application: Features a cannula applicator tube for accurate spot treatment on the body and scalp without staining clothing.
  • Study Results: Studies indicate a reduction in itching after 8 days and decreased plaque thickness after 39 days of use.

The concentrate has a light, cream-gel texture with a fruity-floral scent. It is suitable for teenagers and adults (12+) and can be used during attack phases (daily application) or maintenance phases (twice weekly). For scalp use, it can be left on overnight before rinsing with a gentle shampoo.
