Diptyque L'Ombre Dans L'Eau Eau de Toilette is a fresh, green-floral fragrance that captures the essence of a riverside garden. Launched in 1983, this iconic scent blends the tartness of blackcurrant with the softness of Bulgarian rose for a naturalistic and romantic aroma.

  • Scent Profile: A distinctive harmony of blackcurrant buds, leafy green notes, and floral rose.
  • Key Notes: Blackcurrant leaf, Bulgarian rose, bergamot, mandarin orange, ambergris, and musk.
  • Format: 100 ml Eau de Toilette spray in Diptyque's signature oval glass bottle.
  • Character: Fresh, pictorial, and slightly melancholic with moderate sillage.

The fragrance opens with a crisp accord of blackcurrant buds and leaves, creating an immediate impression of freshness. This green introduction is balanced by the heart of Bulgarian rose, which adds a classic floral elegance without becoming heavy or powdery.

As it settles, the scent reveals subtle undertones of ambergris and musk, providing a clean and lasting finish. The Eau de Toilette concentration offers a lighter wear, making it particularly suitable for spring and summer daytime use.

Housed in a clear oval flacon with a black cap, this 100 ml bottle is designed for easy application on pulse points. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the fragrance oils.
