To use Clarins Water Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick , start with clean, dry lips. Apply a thin layer of lip balm or primer to moisturize your lips and help the color adhere better. For a more precise application, use a lip liner to outline your lips before applying the Liquid Lipstick. Wait a few seconds for the product to dry and set before pressing your lips together.
