Bluesky UV Glitter Top Coat 07 (GTC07) is a no-wipe gel top coat designed to seal manicures with a glossy finish and scattered pink-purple glitter particles. This 15 ml bottle provides a durable, chip-resistant layer that cures under UV or LED lamps without leaving a sticky residue.
