Start with a clean, dry face. Apply BioNike Defence Tonic Lotion using a cotton pad or your fingertips, gently spreading it over your skin with upward and outward motions. Proceed with the rest of your skincare routine, incorporating serums, moisturizers, or targeted treatments. Use BioNike Defence Tonic Lotion in the morning and evening.
