This will help to lock in the moisture and ensure that the oil is fully absorbed by your skin. Take a small amount of the oil, about a dime size, and warm it between your palms before applying it to your skin. Start by massaging the oil into your limbs, then move on to your torso, and finally your face. Pay extra attention to dry or rough areas such as the elbows, knees, and heels.
