Yoskine Japan Pure Rice Infusion Oil-in-Milk Makeup Remover Milk is a gentle yet effective cleansing emulsion designed to dissolve waterproof and long-wear makeup from the face, eyes, and lips. Formulated with rice ferment filtrate and camellia seed oil, this milky texture cleanses without stripping the skin, leaving it feeling soft, hydrated, and comfortable.

  • Oil-in-Milk Formula: Combines the efficacy of oil with the lightness of milk to break down stubborn cosmetics.
  • Rice & Camellia Extracts: Enriched with sake ferment and tsubaki oil to condition and moisturize the skin barrier.
  • Waterproof Removal: Specifically engineered to remove waterproof mascara, eyeliner, and heavy foundation.
  • All Skin Types: Suitable for daily use on normal, dry, and sensitive skin types.

The lightweight emulsion glides smoothly over the skin, lifting impurities and makeup residues while maintaining natural hydration levels. Unlike harsh foaming cleansers, this formula respects the skin's lipid balance, making it an ideal first step in a double-cleansing routine or a standalone remover for lighter days.

To use, apply the milk to a cotton pad and gently press against closed eyes for a few seconds to dissolve eye makeup before wiping away. For the face, massage gently over dry skin to emulsify foundation and sunscreen, then rinse with water or wipe clean with a damp cloth. The 400 ml bottle offers extended value for daily skincare routines.
