Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate Highlighting Duo in 4 Tanlight is a two-pan powder compact designed to deliver a luminous, bronze glow. This face highlighter bronzer palette pairs a lighter golden highlight with a deeper bronze shade, allowing for customizable radiance and subtle contouring.

  • Dual Finish: Features one luminous highlighting shade and one deeper bronze shade for sculpting.
  • Buildable Radiance: Fine iridescent pearls provide a liquid-like shimmer in a blendable powder formula.
  • Skin Care Benefits: Infused with Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) to condition the skin.
  • Versatile Use: Apply shades separately for targeted highlighting or blend together for an all-over warm glow.

The texture is silky and smooth, treated with pigments that ensure seamless application without emphasizing texture. The lighter pan brightens high points such as cheekbones, the brow bone, and the cupid's bow, while the darker pan adds warmth and dimension to the hollows of the cheeks or forehead.

Housed in Tom Ford’s signature brown lacquered compact with gold-tone trim, this 12 g duo is suitable for all skin types. It offers sheer to buildable coverage, making it appropriate for both everyday wear and photo-ready finishes. The formula is unisex and designed to create a healthy, sun-kissed appearance year-round.

How to use

To use a blush highlighter compact, follow these steps: Start by preparing your face with your usual skincare routine, and apply your foundation or base makeup if desired. Choose the shade of the blush and highlighter powders that best match your skin tone and the look you want to achieve. Using a blush brush, gently sweep the blush powder onto the apples of your cheeks, blending it out towards your temples. Start with a light application, and build up the intensity gradually until you achieve the desired level of color. Next, use a smaller brush or a finger to apply the highlighter powder to the high points of your face. This can include the cheekbones, brow bone, bridge of the nose. Use a light hand to avoid over-applying and blend the product out for a seamless finish. Finally, use a clean brush to blend the blush and highlighter together, ensuring that there are no harsh lines or visible transitions between the two products. If desired, you can also use the blush highlighter compact to touch up your makeup throughout the day, or to add a subtle glow to your neck and collarbones. Overall, the key to using a blush highlighter compact is to start with a light application and build up the intensity gradually, blending the products together for a natural-looking finish.
