Subrina Professional Vibrant Permanent Hair Dye 0/28 Petroleum is a professional creative mix tone designed to neutralize warm reflections and enhance cool, turquoise-blue undertones. This 100 ml tube delivers high-shine, long-lasting color using liquid crystal technology for superior pigment retention.
