Some By Mi Beta Panthenol Repair Toner is a hydrating essence-toner formulated to strengthen the skin barrier and improve texture. This Clinical Solution product combines 10,000 ppm D-Panthenol with 750 ppb Beta-Sitosterol to deliver deep moisture and soothing care for sensitive or compromised skin.

To use, shake the bottle well before dispensing an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad or into your palms. Gently pat the toner onto your face and neck, avoiding the eye area, until fully absorbed.
