Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint is a lightweight liquid lipstick that delivers a soft-focus, velvety matte finish. Shade 02 Joyful offers a warm MLBB brick-red tone with buildable coverage and a feather-light texture.

The formula contains macadamia seed oil, olive fruit oil, jojoba seed oil, and grape seed oil to help condition lips while providing long-wearing color. The texture feels airy on the lips and dries down to a non-drying matte finish that resists flaking.

For best results, apply to clean, dry lips using the doe-foot applicator. Start from the center and work outward. Allow the product to set for a few seconds before pressing lips together. For precise application, use a lip liner first. Remove with an oil-based makeup remover.

How to use

To use Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint Liquid Lipstick , start with clean, dry lips. Apply a thin layer of lip balm or primer to moisturize your lips and help the color adhere better. Then use the wand applicator to apply the product starting from the center of your lips and working outward towards the corners. For a more precise application, use a lip liner to outline your lips before applying the Liquid Lipstick. Wait a few seconds for the product to dry and set before pressing your lips together. If you want a more intense color, you can add a second layer of product. To remove Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint Liquid Lipstick , use an oil-based makeup remover or cleansing oil.
