How to use

To use Nouba Velvet Touch Cream Lipstick , start with clean and moisturized lips. Choose the shade that you would like to wear and twist off the cap. Apply the lipstick directly onto your lips, starting from the center and working your way outwards. For a more defined look, use a lip liner to outline your lips before applying Nouba Velvet Touch Cream Lipstick . Blot your lips with a tissue to remove any excess product and prevent smudging.
