How to use

Mix L'Oreal Professionnel Blond Studio Platinium Plus 7 Hair Oxidant Powder with color dye or cream according to instructions. Stir until smooth. Apply the mixture evenly to hair. Wait for the specified development time. Rinse thoroughly. Condition if needed.
