Kevin Murphy COLOR.ME GLOSS is an acidic demi-permanent hair colour treatment designed to deposit tone and enhance shine without lifting natural melanin. Shade 9.28 (9BV) delivers a very light blonde beige violet hue with a powdery nude finish, ideal for toning pre-lightened or natural blonde hair.

  • Acidic Formula: pH ~6.9 gently seals the cuticle for glossy results.
  • Bond Building: Contains KM.BOND² plant-origin protein complex to strengthen hair.
  • Clean Composition: Ammonia-free, PPD-free, MEA-free, and vegan.
  • Tone Deposit: Provides up to 15+ washes of vibrant, brass-reducing colour.

This professional salon product functions as both a colour and a treatment. The inclusion of Vitamin C helps maintain colour brightness, while the acidic nature ensures minimal damage during processing. It is suitable for use on natural, coloured, or pre-lightened hair to refresh tone between permanent colour appointments.

To use, mix the GLOSS shade with GEL.ACTIVATOR (sold separately) at the recommended ratio. Process for 5-20 minutes depending on the desired depth of deposit. The formula can be applied to dry or wet hair and may be diluted with GLOSS CLEAR for pastel effects.

How to use

Clean your hair with a mild shampoo. Section it for even application. Mix the dye following the instructions. Apply Kevin Murphy GLOSS Demi-Permanent Hair Dye evenly from roots to tips. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Condition your hair with the provided conditioner. Style as usual once dry. Patch test first and consult instructions or a stylist if needed. Enjoy your new color!
