How to use

To use Kohl eyeliner, begin by sharpening the pencil to create a precise tip. Then, gently pull your eyelid taut and apply the eyeliner along your upper lash line, staying close to the lash line. For a more dramatic look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of your eye to create a wing or cat-eye shape. You can also apply the eyeliner to your lower lash line for a subtle or intense effect. To smudge or blend the eyeliner, use a small brush or your finger to soften the lines.
