Eveline Cosmetics Flower Garden 2in1 Base & Eyeshadow is a versatile waterproof liquid eyeshadow designed for long-lasting wear and high-impact color. This dual-purpose formula functions as a standalone shimmering eyeshadow or as a gripping base to intensify and extend the durability of powder shadows.
- 2-in-1 Formula: Works effectively as a vibrant liquid eyeshadow or a primer base for powder products.
- Waterproof & Long-Wearing: Quick-drying, smudge-resistant texture ensures all-day durability.
- Buildable Coverage: Lightweight, silky consistency allows for sheer washes of color or intense metallic finishes.
- Moisturizing Care: Enriched with Paeonia Officinalis Flower Extract to condition the delicate eyelid area.
The lightweight liquid texture glides on smoothly using the included applicator wand, drying down to a reflective, shimmery finish. Shade 01 offers a luminous gold tone that catches the light, suitable for both everyday subtle looks and evening glamour. The buildable pigment allows you to layer the product for deeper intensity without creasing.
When used as a base, this waterproof formula creates a tacky surface that helps powder eyeshadows adhere better, preventing fading and enhancing color vibrancy throughout the day. The inclusion of Paeonia Officinalis Flower Extract provides moisturizing benefits, keeping the eyelid skin comfortable during extended wear.
