Test the shade on the back of your hand or your jawline to ensure it blends well with your skin. Apply foundation: Start by applying your foundation, concealer, or tinted moisturizer as usual. This will create a smooth canvas for the bronzer powder. Choose the areas to apply bronzer: Determine where you want to apply the bronzer powder. The most common areas are the cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. You can also apply it to your neck and collarbone for a more complete sun-kissed look.
