Avène Intense Eye Makeup Remover is a biphasic formula designed to effectively remove stubborn, intense and waterproof eye makeup while respecting sensitive eyes. Combining Avène Thermal Spring Water with cleansing oils, this gentle solution dissolves mascara and eyeliner without leaving a greasy residue or requiring rinsing.
